The Offering

Directed by Ryan Patch. A film by Bitter River Film & Media.

Ryan Patch cut his teeth telling campfire stories in the mountains of his native Colorado. He attended New York University's Tisch School of the Arts, and is currently working towards an MA at Royal Holloway, University of London in Screenwriting. He lives in New York, where he works as a director, producer, writer, and story consultant on narrative, commercial and documentary projects.

When Ryan's not fine-tuning his latest project, you can find him scoping out the best grilled cheese in the five boroughs, rock climbing, or pouring a bourbon-heavy cocktail with friends.

He is the owner of "Storytellers Ink", a NYC-based documentary production company, and co-founder of "Bitter River Film & Media", a production company dedicated to emerging forms of narrative.

Michael Koehler grew up in Uganda, where he spent much of his time outdoors dreaming up stories with a notebook, tape recorder, and video camera.

A graduate of NYU Tisch, Michael now works as a screenwriter, film editor, and story consultant for narrative, documentary, and nonprofit projects around the world. Outside of his projects, Michael enjoys reading, bouldering, and exploring historic cathedrals around New York City, where he currently is based.
